Vacation France

So I just read the comments on my “I’m on vacation” post and I see you’re expecting photos. So here they are 🙂

The wonderful beach of Moliets-Plage, France. The photos on top were taken at sunset and I really like the smooth colors. I overexposed on purpose and prefer that.

Going out And... I'm standing
Sooooo… my first time surfing. The Lover is a surfer, had an extra board and took me to France to learn surfing. I started in the whitewater (see the photos) and the last days I was surfing falling the big waves. Unfortunatelly no wipeout photos of me like this one at boost-your-surfing.com or surfscience.com but wipeouts like that happend ALL THE TIME!!!!! Next year I’ll practice more 🙂

The vacation was great! The weather was great, it only rained on a few days and on those days we drove to Biarritz in the south or to the Dune du Pyla in the north.
How was your vacation? Did you do anything exciting? Didn’t you have vacation yet but still will?

Five random things about me

  1. I’m unhappy with my belly: It gets so huge after I eat and even if I eat just a little, it gets big. I don’t eat that much, I do sports and yet… here it is. Maybe I should stop with all that beer drinking, but the Munich beer is just so yummy 🙂
  2. I’m obsessed with Hello Kitty, and my obsession seems to grow daily.
  3. I love the hot weather! It’s such a great feeling to ride my bike to work each morning, wearing only a t-shirt/top and shorts/a skirt combined with either bare feet, flip flops or ballerinas.
  4. I prefer shopping online.
  5. I think tanned feet and hands are sooooo sexy 😉

April, May, June 2010

Ah, it’s been so long. My last post was April 11th 2010, so quite some things happened in the last 2+ months. First of all, the weather was terrible. It rained every day, for at least three weeks straight. People had the heater on – in JUNE! Very crazy and of course weather like this makes the people not exactly happy. Oh well, now the sun is shining and it’s warm and I really hope it’ll stay like this for a long long time.

So…

  • On April 30th my first niece was born 😀
  • In May I spent a few days in Graz, Austria
  • Germany made it to the last sixteen semin final in the soccer World Cup
  • In June I spent a few days in Monaco with the sister

Hm, that’s pretty much it. So I guess I’ll just show you a few pictures now (more on my flickr).

New Layout Needed

…this layout has been up way too long. And it’s way too dark for the nice warm and sunny seasons coming up. BUT I’m still not getting sick of it. That’s a good thing. I was thinking of putting an old layout back up.

and maybe editing them a bit but meh, I don’t know. I’m not too much in the mood to create a new layout at the moment.
So, I renewed schatzi.me for another year 🙂 I’m not getting sick of the domain name either. That’s nice as well. Lilalicious.com and Cuddle-bug.net didn’t last so long.
