Newton and Co.

I watched an interesting reportage yesterday. It contained great discoverers like Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Dimitri Mendelejew and the subject chemistry.

They said something very interesting about gravitation and chemistry and the human being. In physics, gravitation or gravity is the tendency of objects with mass to accelerate toward each other (Thanks wikipedia). Which is pretty much the same with the human being. People have tendencies toward other people and they have a centrifugal force toward people. Not only toward people, to objects in general. I liked that 🙂

Starbucks in Munich is looking for people. I wish I could apply, but I’m still working at the Real Estate on a 400 Euro Basis (=510 dollar), which is a good job, but at the moment there is no work at all and that sucks pretty damn much. Also in October I’m starting the remote sensing job where I’ll have a 43+ week so I’m pretty sure I won’t be in the mood at all to work on the weekends too.

Tomorrow I’ll be looking for an external hard disk. My computer turns itself off when it’s in the mood to. That is quite annoying. I have no idea what’s wrong with it, I’m scared to get it fixed and pay a lot of money. Also if it won’t work one day I know my data will still be there, but I still would like to also have it saved on an external hard disk.

Not much news going on, just that Pluto isn’t a planet anymore.

  1. i wouldn’t complain about not doing nothing at job. i used to when i worked as secretary and now that i working my ass off i regret the good old times when i usd to sit on my ass getting paid for doing nothing haha

  2. Your current job pays hella lot! I think I would stick with it too. Lol. And it sucks that Pluto isn’t a planet anymore, I got quite a shock when I heard it.

  3. Poor old Pluto 🙁

I wish I had nothing to do at work. I’ve just done three full days of dealing with abusive customers and picking up crappy designer clothes. Heh, not much to someone working full time, but I’m only a lowly weekend girl. I’ve done like, four times my contracted hours this weekend. Horrible bank holidays.

I adore your layout. Really, really love it.

  4. I am amazed pluto isn’t a planet anymore :[ how can they be so mean? lol I mean hell it’s been a grand to reconsider about a whole bloody planet? haha. AW.

Anyway I think it’s all about gravity you’re right and in some way chemistry between people. hm. Weird you made me think of that.

  5. That’s pretty interesting what you wrote about gravity/chemistry and how it affects humans. Hehe, I love reading you blog because I get to learn all these interesting things from such a smartie. 😀

  6. Aw, poor Pluto. Hahaha. My friend told me about that. Apparently the little guy is really just a part of Saturn’s solar ring or whatever the fuck they have there? That’s kinda cute. I wonder what other planets are out there.

Regarding your humans and their pull toward other humans and objects: Interesting.

  7. Aw the whole pluto thing throws off everything! Like solar system models and the song and…very sad things.

I didn’t know humans were drawn towards each other from gravity…cool.

  8. Yeah, that sucks. I hate when something goes wrong with my computer either. Especially while I am working on graphic and don’t save it on time. 😯
Ah, and I was for demoting the Pluto for almost 5 years. 🙂

By the way, have you received my email about college? 😕

  9. that so sucks about pluto!!! imagine knowing since you were a kid that pluto is [or should i say WAS] one of our solar system’s planets. ugh.

starbucks rocks. but i guess your job’s a lot better than serving coffee, right? lol. 😀
